What this site collects

When you contact me or use the client portal, I collect the information you provide: your name, business name, email, phone, and details about your project. This is used only to respond to you and deliver the services you've asked for. I don't sell personal information, and I don't share it with third parties except the service providers needed to operate this site (hosting, database, email delivery, and payments).

Connected social accounts

The client portal lets you connect business social accounts (such as Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, YouTube channels, and Pinterest boards) to publish and schedule posts you create. When you connect an account through the platform's official login, I store: the account's name and ID, its profile picture, and an encrypted access token that permits acting on that account's behalf. Tokens are used only for the features you use in the portal: publishing the content you compose, showing your posts' reactions and comments, and showing your account's messages so you can reply. I never see or store your social media passwords, and I never post, reply, or message anything you didn't write yourself.

Comments, reactions, and messages shown in the portal are read live from each platform when you open the page - they are never stored on my servers. What is stored: the posts you compose in the portal, their publish results and links, and the connected-account details above.

YouTube API Services

The portal's YouTube features use YouTube API Services. By connecting a YouTube channel you are also agreeing to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is described in the Google Privacy Policy. The portal accesses your channel's name, ID, profile picture, and playlist list, and uploads the videos, titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails you provide. Use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. You can revoke the portal's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions (in addition to disconnecting inside the portal, which deletes the stored tokens).

Data deletion

You're in control of your data:

  • Disconnect a social account at any time from your portal's Social page - this immediately deletes the stored access token and account record. You can also revoke access from the platform's own settings (Facebook: Settings → Business integrations; Google: myaccount.google.com/permissions; Pinterest: Settings → Security → Connected apps).
  • Delete your account or any data by emailing me@traviscornelius.com from the address on file. Deletion requests are honored within 30 days.

Cookies & analytics

The portal uses essential cookies for signing in. Public pages may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand traffic. Bot protection on forms is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile.
